Chilling vibes in Daylesford 🌞
Sipped on lovely coffee while soaking up the sun on the terrace, felt like a proper holiday! The warm and comfy beds were a real winner after a long day of exploring. Plus, the host was super nice, handing out wine and choccies on arrival!
Just wish the Wi-Fi wasn’t like trying to catch fish in a dry dam—proper frustrating!

Charming stay near vibrant cafes
The location was a delight, with a short stroll to local cafes and shops. The historic charm of the hotel really enhanced our experience, feeling both cozy and welcoming.
A few minor hiccups affected our stay, such as the heating being inconsistent on the first night and the absence of some advertised amenities like a DVD player.

Our stay was so lovely! The comfy bed and the great tea selection really stood out. The only downside was the weak Wi-Fi—streaming was a bit of a hassle sometimes. 😊

The room was cozy and spacious, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. I appreciated the kitchenette, stocked with nice crockery and a good supply of coffee and tea, making it feel like a home away from home.
I ran into a bit of trouble with the heating system. it was out on the first night, which needed mentioning to resolve. The outdated Wi-Fi was a hassle too—it didn't work at all, and having to use a phone hotspot for anything urgent was less than ideal. Plus, the lounge area, while comfortable, overlooked some less-than-appealing views, which didn’t do much for the atmosphere outside. Not to mention, the entry felt a bit sketchy at night with the external door left unlocked.

missingWrote a review on 09 Augheritage-style atmospherecozy fireplacedelightful breakfasttight shower door
The Albert features beautifully restored heritage-style common areas and a cozy reading spot by the fireplace. Breakfast was delightful with a great spread, and Ziggy, the host, added a personal touch with his warm welcome and stories. Plus, the location was a short stroll from the main street, making it easy to explore.
Shower door too tight.

The apartment offered a great sense of warmth and comfort, fully equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The handmade pasta served nearby was exceptional, adding a delightful culinary touch to the experience. the entry and living room carpets were showing signs of wear, with stains that detracted from the overall appearance, and the bathroom lacked proper amenities like shelves. while parking was ample and secure due to the nearby police station, the outdated decor in some areas didn't quite fit the lovely charm of the location.

wonderful spacious apartment with natural light and comfy warmth for a perfect getaway
Absolutely loved the stylish room filled with natural light! The spa bath allowed for indulgent relaxation after long walks. So grateful for the cozy heating during chilly nights.

missingWrote a review on 17 Marcozy communal areasgreat kitchenawkward bathroom door
Staying here with friends was a blast! The location is super convenient, and we enjoyed hanging out in the cozy communal areas. The kitchen came in handy for late-night snacks, and the beds were comfy. We loved visiting the nearby shops and grabbing a bite at the local café.
The bathroom door in our room couldn't close properly, which was a hassle. It constantly banged into the bedside cabinet, and it was awkward trying to navigate that space. A bit more attention to room layouts would help make the stay more comfortable.
